Common questions.

Do we meet before the first booking?

Yes. The first meet & greet is complimentary. It’s a chance for your dog to get comfortable, for you to walk through the routine and for everyone to make sure it feels like a good fit.

Can you give medication?

For most routine oral or topical medications, yes. Include the instructions in your booking request so we can confirm the care needed before the stay.

Will I get updates while I’m away?

Absolutely. Photo and text updates are part of every service, with more frequent communication available if you prefer it.

Do you care for more than one dog?

Yes. Multi-pet households are welcome. A small additional-pet fee may apply depending on the service and care requirements.

What happens if my plans change?

Reach out as soon as you know. Add your final cancellation policy here once you decide on one so expectations are clear before booking.
